Accommodation

We reserved a block of rooms at Urban hotel for the participants of MAC meeting. Transportation between KEK and the hotel will be available during the meeting. If you have a plan to stay the hotel, please let us know your check-in/out date by e-mail or fax.

Urban Hotel Map Transportation between Tsukuba Center and the hotel. It will be available at 17:55 and 19:00 at Tsukuba Center (bus terminal from airport shuttle bus) . Please wait for the bus in a waiting lounge at Tsukuba bus center. Useful note to taxi driver from Tsukuba Center to the hotel Transportation between the hotel and KEK A bus to KEK on Sep. 20-22 will leave Urban hotel at 8:45.

Welcome party for MAC participants

Welcome party for ILC MAC participatns will be held from 18:30 at KEK International Center.

Application for Wireless LAN in KEK

If you use internet inside KEK, it is necesarry to register to apply the service at Users Office. Please fill out "Application form for Wireless LAN adapter" and send it to the users office via e-mail (users.office@post.kek.jp) by September 19, 2006.
